RUGBY UNION – Under 15 Boys
Chanel College under 15 Boys v St Brendans under 15 Boys.
This afternoon, the Chanel College Rugby Union team took on a tough and physical St Brendans team. Chanel were on a high, despite their loss last week to Rockhampton Grammar.
The game kicked off with St Brendans scoring first. Chanel retaliated quickly with a try of their own. The half time score was 17 – 15 in St Brendans favour.
Chanel came out the gates firing in the second half, with massive hits and hard running. Players like William Lenz, Ty Fitzgerald and Te Wairongoa Pohoikura-mill. The game see-sawed back and forth. In the end, it came down to accurate goal kicking and sheer determination to win. Chanel College came out winners, 24 – 22!

The game was played with immense passion and spirit from both teams. A huge thank you to the parents who came out to support. Mr Fuentes who came out to assist and Mr Rose for driving the bus.
