Leadership positions in any organisation are important.

At Chanel College leadership is based on the servant leadership model. This means that leaders do not seek the positions for power or prestige. Instead, they seek to make the community stronger by serving the needs of the community.

The decisions in Christian servant leadership are based in Gospel values and reflect the needs of a community trying to live out these values in daily life.
