Dear Parents/Caregivers
At Chanel College we value Parent Teacher Communication, as this provides an opportunity for parents to have a discussion with their son’s/daughter’s teachers, regarding their learning progress. Students are most welcome to join the conversations if their parent/s so desire.
All bookings for Parent/Teacher Communications must be made via Parent Lounge.
Bookings open at 4.00 pm on Friday 16 July and close at 8.00 am on Monday 26 July.
No bookings will be available after this time.
Instructions regarding how to book a Parent Teacher Communication through Parent Lounge can be found below.
If a teacher has requested an interview, it is important that parent/s make a booking. This information will be noted next to the teacher/subject on your booking screen in Parent Lounge. All parents are welcome to book communication times with their son’s/daughter’s teachers.

HOW TO BOOK
- Log into Parent Lounge. (Refer instructions below).
- From the menu on the left click Parent Teacher Interview.
- Click Term 3 Parent Teacher Interviews
- Click Book for relevant student.
- Select Book an Appointment next to the teacher/subject that you would like the appointment for.
- An appointment time may appear in the drop down box. If this time does not suit, click the drop down arrow to see all appointment times available.
- Click preferred time.
- Click CONFIRM.
- Your appointment now appears at the bottom of the screen.
- Repeat these steps for each child/teacher/subject.
Cancelling an Appointment:
- Click Cancel Appointment next to the booking time which you would like to cancel.
- Click CONFIRM. This appointment is now removed from the list at the bottom of the screen.

How to access Parent Lounge:
• Click here> Parent Lounge
• User Name: (Parent Account No. on Statement of Account)
• Enter Password: ____________
• Click: LOGIN
• On black toolbar click Academic Reports
• Click on Term 3 Parent Teacher Interviews
Via College App:
• Upload Chanel College App
• In the bottom right hand corner click Parent Lounge
• Click the web link on screen to log into Parent Lounge
• Enter User Name: (Parent Account No. on Statement of Account)
• Enter Password: ____________
• Click: LOGIN
• On black toolbar click Academic Reports
• Click on Term 3 Parent Teacher Interviews
