INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS 2025
Tuesday 28 January – Years 7, 11 and 12 only. New Students until 10.40am.
College Office
- The College Office will re-open on Monday 13 January 2025. Office hours are from 7.30 am – 4.00 pm.
- The College Office will be CLOSED on the following days and times for Staff Professional Development:
Tuesday 21 January – OPEN from 10.00 am
Wednesday 22 January – CLOSED
Thursday 23 January – CLOSED
Friday 24 January – CLOSED 12.00 pm onwards
Uniform Shop
College Uniforms are sold by Wearitto Smart Clothing Services.
The Uniform Shop is located at Shop 1/190 Goondoon Street, Valley Plaza, at Gladstone Central.
The Gladstone Wearitto Smart Clothing Centre is also uniform stockists for St John the Baptist, Star of the Sea and St Francis Catholic Primary Schools.
Hours of operation are:
- Monday – 7.30 am – 11.30 am
- Tuesday – 7.30 am – 11.30 am
- Wednesday – 12.00 pm– 5.00 pm
- Thursday – 12.00 pm – 5.00 pm
- Friday – 7.30 am – 11.30 am
Extended hours and days open at the beginning of the school year, will be advertised via the College Facebook page.

2025 Distribution of College Supplied Equipment
Student Diaries, calculators and combination locks will be distributed the first week of school.
Stationery Lists
Stationery lists for each year level are available from the College Office, the College website, Parent Lounge and the Parent orbit App.
Devices
- Current Year 7, 8, and 11 students continue to use their Notebooks issued in 2023/2024.
- Year 7 and Year 10 students will be issued with a Notebook (part of the College leasing program) in the first two weeks of 2025.
- Year 12 students are required to lease or continue to use a Chromebook.
Volunteering Opportunities
As a College, we welcome your involvement in the life of our College as a volunteer. The following opportunities are available to volunteers:
