Your Role
Chanel College are seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Tuckshop Assistant. This is a casual continuing position, to commence as negotiated with the successful applicant.
Typical duties include:
- Ordering stock from approved, reliable suppliers.
- Receiving and checking all supplies against invoices and delivery dockets, signing same before handing over to the Principal or nominee for payment.
- Handling money and correct balancing of same, counting the daily takings and ensuring that daily takings are delivered to the Finance Assistant for banking.
- Follow workplace Health and Safety procedures in relation to the preparation of food and the cleanliness/hygiene of the tuckshop.
- Daily cleaning/tidying of the Tuckshop area.
- Ensuring all stock is stored in a tidy and clean manner.
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service and hygiene is maintained.
About you
The successful applicant requires excellent people skills, a capacity to work as a part of a team, and the willingness to support students, staff, and parents of the school. Experience in food preparation and kitchen work is of an advantage.

Your Role
An exciting opportunity currently exists within the Chanel College maintenance team as Facilities Manager. This is a full-time (38hpw) position, for an immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
The Facilities Manager manages the Facilities responsibilities of the College and provide strategic planning and advice to the Principal and Finance Manager. The Facilities Manager will also ensure that a high standard of safety applies to all facilities and ensure that all duties are completed to an acceptable standard.
Attractively designed, healthy and well-maintained lawns, gardens and grounds create a positive first impression, establish a peaceful mood. The Facilities Manager would be expected to perform a variety of tasks necessary to achieve a pleasant and functional outdoor and indoor environment.
